Web Design Full Content Contract:  This is our standard website design contract, you will see that it indemnifies us against content that you provide that may be copyrighted or trademarked.  In addition, you will see that you have binding rights to the content that we create for you, empowering you to own the content of the website that you hired us to build, including all custom graphics.

Web Design Partial Content Contract:  Use this contract if you are purchasing the Website Tonight product with our additional support.  This contract covers the terms of use for the content created with the Website Tonight online builder. 

Logo Design Contract:  This is a standard contract that allows you to legally use the logo that we designed for you with a waiver on licensing rights beyond our licensing fee.
